Sommer Cherry Ale

• 3 cl of Sommer Authentique or Alcohol free Sommer, 6 cl cherry juice, 2 cl lemon syrup and ginger ale

Mix all ingredients and top up with soda.

Peach Sommer

• 4 cl of Sommer Authentique or Alcohol Free Sommer
• 10 cl of Peach Alcohol free aperitif
• Club Soda
• Crushed ice

Add crushed ice, Sommer Authentique or Alcohol free Sommer, peach aperitif and top off with club soda.

Sun Sommer

• 2 cl of 'Sommer Authentique'
• 1 cl of pastis
• 25 cl of beer

Pour a pint of cool beer over 'Sommer Authentique' and pastis.

Mojito Sommer Authentique or Alcohol Free Sommer

• 4 cl of Sommer Authentique or Alcohol Free Sommer
• 4 cl of Rum (if you prepare this cocktail with Sommer Authentique)
• 3 - 5 mint leaves
• 2 cl of lemon juice
• Club Soda
• Crushed ice

Place 3-5 mint leaves and the lemon juice in a glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add crushed ice Sommer Authentique or Alcohol free Sommer, Rum and top off with club soda. Stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint.

Sommer Tonic

• 7.5 cl of Tonic
• 2.5 cl of Sommer Authentique

Pour Tonic over 2.5 centiliters of SOMMER l’Authentique. Those who prefer it "met (with)" can add a dose of SOMMER Special Amer lemon cordial.

Lemon sorbet

• Couple of scoops per person of lemon sorbet
• 2.5 cl de Fleur de Sommer

Serve a couple of scoops per person sprinkled with 2.5 centiliters of Fleur de Sommer.
